Issue/Introduction

The Websphere console shows a different serial number for a certificate than CA Top Secret does. For example:

The listing of the ACID in CA Top Secret shows: 

SERIAL# = 77

The Websphere console shows: 

Serial Number
119

The serial numbers displayed on the Websphere console for the certificates were the decimal equivalents of the hex serial numbers on the certificates on the Top Secret security file.
