Why does my PAM user with 'Delegated Administrator' role on User Groups receive the error message "PAM-CMN-0003: Not authorized to perform this action." when trying to save the User Group information?

Issue/Introduction

Customer is receiving the following error message when trying to save the information of user group he has 'Delegated Administrator' role on:

This was not occurring on previous PAM versions. 

Why does my PAM user with 'Delegated Administrator' role on User Groups receive the error message "PAM-CMN-0003: Not authorized to perform this action." when trying to save the User Group information?

Environment

PAM version 3.2.3.82

Resolution

This is a known problem in PAM version 3.2.3 which will be fixed in the next versions 3.3 and 3.2.5.
