Unable to locate new series error in UMP during report generation

Issue/Introduction

Opening saved report in UMP gives the Error " Unable to locate new series". While generating manually the report is generating fine.

I am getting an Error " Unable to locate new series" while opening saved report in UMP. While generating manually,  the report is generating fine.

Environment

CA UIM 8.5
UMP 8.5
probe interface_traffic 5.45

Resolution

Error " Unable to locate new series" while opening saved report in ump is usually caused by  trailing space in the source name. This should be able to be fixed by going into the interface_traffic probe GUI, right-clicking on the relevant device/switch in the left sidebar, and selecting rename to remove the trailing space in the device name. Check and remove the  space in the hostname to resolve the issue.

Additional Information

Interface_traffic  - This probe is no longer supported as of October 1, 2017. This probe is replaced by the snmpcollector probe.
