Issue/Introduction
Customer tried to install PAMSC r14.1 via ProductExplorer. But he can see corrupted label at component in ProductExplorer. It is same problem as r12.9 SP1 and r12.9 SP2. But it does not occur PAMSC r14.0 and PIM r14.0
Environment
OS: Windows 2016 as Japanese Environment Prod: CA Privilege Access Manager r14.1 for Enterprise Management.
Resolution
ProductExplorer's garbled Japanese Message problem does not fix in current version. So, please use one of following workaround. 1. click 1st line at ProductExplorer 2. start ENTM installer directly. CDDrive:\EnterpriseMgmt\Disk1\InstData\NoVM\install_EntM.exe
