Where is the Operating Cost Fields for Portfolios and it's Plans pulled from in Clarity PPM?

The Capital and Operating Cost data at portfolio level or plan level is manually editable.
In other areas such as the Investments tab, this data gets pulled in from the respective investments from the Cost Plan. Anything entered with a cost type of Operating would show up as Operating Cost, and anything entered with Cost Type of Capital would be pulled into the Capital Cost Fields. If there are no Financial Plans in the respective investments, then the data gets pulled from the "Financial Summary" page. There are fields here corresponding to costs that can be manually edited. The "Financial Summary" page might have a different name in certain implementations due to configuration changes by administrators. In such cases look for the "Planned Cost" and "Budgeted Cost" fields.
