Process Automation - Service fails to start

Issue/Introduction

ITPAM service fail to start.

c2o.log shows below errors:
ERROR [com.optinuity.c2o.c2oserver.ServerManager] [ Thread-13] Unable to start ActiveMQ or it has been stopped...
ERROR [com.optinuity.c2o.c2oserver.ServerManager] [ Thread-13] PAM Server will shut down now 

and activemq.log file shows below errors:
ERROR | Failed to start Apache ActiveMQ ([Node0, ID:xxxxxxxxx-50290-1552529811720-1:1], java.net.UnknownHostException: xxxxxxxxx) | org.apache.activemq.broker.BrokerService | main 
INFO | Apache ActiveMQ 5.14.5 (Node0, ID:xxxxxxxxx-50290-1552529811720-1:1) is shutting down | org.apache.activemq.broker.BrokerService | main

Cause

Hostname mentioned in configuration files is not valid.

Resolution

Update the correct hostname in below files: 

install_dir/server/c2o/.config/OasisConfig.properties 
install_dir/server/c2o/.config/Domain.xml
