Executing job hlq.CDBASAMP(PRFLDCHT) to create a Chart is failing due to missing member PRFCICS in hlq.CDBAFORM. The CDBAFORM dataset is empty.

Cause

CA Report Facility for CICS was not selected during install.

Resolution

FMID CPRFJ01 - CA Report Facility for CICS, needs to be installed. If the CPRFJ01 FMID is not selected during the install, then the CDBAFORM dataset will be empty. hlq.CDBAFORM should contain 11 members,
