CTS Abend S806 for PGM=EARL

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to CA 1 Release 14.0 CTS abended with:

There was no problem with CA 1 Release 12.6.

Cause

The EARL program is used by the optional LAB subtask of CTS for external label printing. 
Obviously after the CA 1 upgrade to Release 14.0 the EARL program is no longer in the linklist concatenation causing the abend.
 

Resolution

EARL is part of CA Common Services and is installed into the CCCSLOAD library.
Be sure the CCCSLOAD library is in the linklist concatenation or defined as STEPLIB in the CTS procedure
or remove START LAB from the CTSSTART member, if the optional LAB subtask is no longer used.
