How to disable Create Account and Forgot Password pages

Issue/Introduction

By default Create Account and Forgot Password pages are accessible and not require logon.
In certain circumstance Security team could request that none page be accessible without logon. 

They are accessible through links:
http://[UMP_URL]/web/guest/home?p_p_id=58&p_p_lifecycle=1&p_p_state=maximized&p_p_mode=view&_58_struts_action=%2Flogin%2Fcreate_account 
http://[UMP_URL]/web/guest/home?p_p_id=58&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=maximized&p_p_mode=view&_58_struts_action=%2Flogin%2Fforgot_password

Resolution

• Logon at Unified Management Portal Manchine 
• Move the next files  to a location outside of \Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps folder

..\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\login\create_account 
..\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\login\forgot_password

• Then verify and try to access to 

http://[UMP_URL]/web/guest/home?p_p_id=58&p_p_lifecycle=1&p_p_state=maximized&p_p_mode=view&_58_struts_action=%2Flogin%2Fcreate_account 
http://[UMP_URL]/web/guest/home?p_p_id=58&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=maximized&p_p_mode=view&_58_struts_action=%2Flogin%2Fforgot_password
