At first glance, the latest supported ASA Agent for WebLogic is the 
following one. Be aware it is supported on limited version of WebLogic 
and OS : 

CA Single Sign-On 12.7 Application Server Agents, 
includes updates for base release and all later CRs/SPs for this release

You can rely also 12.0 ASA Agent for WebLogic on other version 
combination.

ASA Agent 12.7 on WebLogic is supported with JDK 1.8 64bit only as per support matrix : 

CA Single Sign-On 12.7 Application Server Agents, 
includes updates for base release and all later CRs/SPs for this release 

WebLogic 12cR2 12.2.1.3 

2. 12.7 CA Single Sign-On Application Server Agent for Oracle Weblogic 12cR2 (64-bit) is certified using Java 1.8 (64-bit)
