Numerous crashes after installing BMP_10.2.302 and Java Cert patch PTF_10.2.371

Issue/Introduction

The customer installed 10.02.03.PTF_10.2.371 and the required 10.2.3_BMP_10.2.302 before that.
After these installations, the SpectroServer crashes regularly and the customer had to uninstall these patches.
We need a solution for the Java Certificate problem before Friday, March 8.

The crash was caused when an SNMP v3 trap was received.

Environment

10.2.3_BMP_10.2.302 and 10.02.03.PTF_10.2.371

Resolution

This matches DE406911 resolved in Spectrum_10.02.03.D489, which is built on top of BMP#2 for 10.2.3. 
This fix is added to 10.3: 

Symptom: SpectroSERVER crashes after upgrading to Spectrum 10.2.3 with BMP 301 
Resolution: SpectroSERVER will not crash while processing the SNMP received packet .  
(10.3.0, DE367704, 01104641) 
For 10.2.3 with BMP # 2 this is resolved in D489
