Issue/Introduction

Users are reporting a mismatch in app version between the AXA UI (i.e. App version 3.2.0) and the crash report (i.e. App version 3.3.0).
What could cause this mismatch?

AXA UI is just displaying the information from the App details and crash report.
We suggest you to share this details with the App Developers.
App Developers should able to explain further about this mismatch version.
