On some systems that were upgraded from Windows 10 1803 to 1809 the software delivery jobs fail to start.
DSM was working correctly before the upgrade.
The DSM Agent has already been reinstalled but the result is the same.
How can we solve this issue?
A colleague reported that the issue occurred on OS build 17763.316 but not on OS build 17763.348. After upgrading 17763.316 to 17763.348 the issue was solved.
