On-premises: Some containers have stopped unexpectedly

Anytime the application is restarted or is restarted from the dashboard or by actions such as saving new settings in the control panel which require a restart of the application the following error may be displayed briefly and multiple times while the application is being restarted.


This is “normal” behavior and does not indicate an issue unless the error persists and the application container/s never complete startup. Under normal conditions this error should only display briefly and will clear once the application container/s have fully restarted. If this error persists, check the cluster page from from the dashboard to see which containers are having issues starting. Often times this indicates a misconfigured JDBC Oracle connection string but can also indicate more complex issues that will require further investigation.
