Disable email notification while synchronizing SDM Log comment with Catalog Note

Issue/Introduction

We need to disable the log comment email notification going from Catalog.
Duplicate messages are being send during synchronizing SDM-Ticket Log comment with SC-reqeust Note.
It is requested to get only one message in stead.

Resolution

In CA Service Catalog, disable the rule 'When Service Desk note is synchronized to CA Service Catalog request'. 
To accomplish this, perform the below steps:
 
1. Login to the SC-UI' 
2. Goto Admin/Eevents-Rules-Actions(ERA)' 
3. Open(click on) the event named 'Notes Create'. 
4. Check for rule 'When Service Desk note is synchronized to CA Service Catalog request'. 
>> Out of the box, this rule is enabled.
>> And for an email message to NOT being send anymore, disable this rule. 
5. To do this, Check the rule and click on the 'Disable' (and OK there after) button.
