Why is the "New Contact" button missing when attempting to add a new user to the users' list of contacts?
If clicking on Settings -> Contacts and finding out that the "New Contact" button is missing, it is most likely due to having reached the limit for the number of contacts for your subscription.
As of this writing, the out of the box limits for contacts (alerts, reports) are as follows:
