Is it possible to have 2 different OBS types appear on one Ad Hoc report without duplicating the records?

Issue/Introduction

We use multiple OBS per project (object) and Project object Domain, creating an Ad Hoc View/Report.
We want both OBS Type - Department - OBS Level 3 and OBS Type - Cost OBS - OBS Level 7 to show as a field in the View without duplication of records. Is this possible?

To display OBS in the Ad Hoc View/Report you need to always add OBS Unit and OBS Type fields.
Unfortunately there will always be 2 rows per project.
 
So we suggest the following possibilities:
1. Create a Studio Report with your own query
2. Create two Ad Hoc reports, and enter the OBS separately in each one of them (then work with 2 separate reports)
3. Custom field that has the OBS information for both OBS - add it to Ad Hoc
 
 
 
This is functionality limitation regarding OBS and Ad Hoc Views/Reports
