JasperReports Server - 6.4.3 upgrade hung 13%

Issue/Introduction

Installing or Upgrading to Jasper server 6.4.3, you may experience that the installation hangs at 13%. After stopping the installation and deleting the installation dir to start with a new fresh installation the setup continues to propose an upgrade.
The directory /opt/CA was deleted and also the machine was rebooted, but the installation log shows "Install type is upgrade"

Resolution

Remove these files:

-rw-rw-r--. 1 root root 111 May 10 2017 .cabusinessintelligence 
drwxrwxr-x. 3 root root 4096 Feb 28 10:56 CA Business Intelligence 
drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 4096 May 9 2017 .jasperserver 

from the ~/root directory and launch the installation again.
