Issue/Introduction
In the "Outage History" the Start Time is always 5 seconds behind the time when the alarm occurs. Is there a specific reason for that?

Resolution
This is functioning as designed.
Outage starts after 5 seconds of delay after alarms, to process any alarm as an outage.
We wait for 5 seconds to confirm it as an outage.
