When logging on to CA RC/Secure for DB2 for z/OS (RCSDB2) and leaving the suffix blank, some processes will not find the correct PTISYSxx parmlib member, 
thus causing 
RS311 RC=106 REASON=00000085 SSID=ssid RS311 DB2 SSID ssid IS NOT DEFINED IN THE CA-DB2 PARMLIB. RS313 MODULE DETECTING THE ERROR: RSA#DRIV
