Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to integrate SOI with an external notification application like xMatters?

Out of the box SOI don't have any way to send it's alerts to xMatters for notification purpose, you'll have to use some sort of custom method. You can talk to your CA account team and they can engage CA Services (this'll be a paid service) to see if they can build a custom method for this to work.
