In Job Chains a running Uproc can be deleted

Issue/Introduction
It is possible to do right-click, 'Delete Run' on a Uproc in status 'Running' in a Job Chain.
In the Job Runs, when doing right-click on a Running Uproc, there is only the 'Cancel' option, which kills the Uproc in a clean way (the Uproc status going to 'Aborted'). The 'Delete' option is greyed out in Job Runs.
In Job Chains the running Uproc, right clicking gives 2 options: Delete Run, Cancel Run. Cancel gives a clean kill, but when using Delete Run, the uproc disappears but still shows up as Running in the Execution history and in Reporter.
