Service Manager binds to IPv6 address only

CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine
The Service Manager is only binding to the IPv6 address.
According to the documentation, the system runs either in IPv4/IPv6 only environment, or a dual-stack environment where both is allowed.
To obtain the correction for this issue please install one of the following versions or higher:
- Automation Engine 12.1.5 - Available
- Automation Engine 12.2.2 - Available
- Automation Engine 12.3.0 - Available
