Cause

The commands run by DBMaint all make a connection to the EEM server. This error typically indicates that the dxserver process on the EEM server is either hung or down.

Resolution

Check EEM server health and make sure it is functioning properly using the following. Ensure both the igateway and dxserver processes are running on the EEM server. Login to the EEM GUI to ensure EEM is accessible and authenticating properly.
