VARIOUS COMPILE AND LOAD ERRORS

Issue/Introduction

Trying to bring up NetMaster on a test LPAR cust received various occur-
rences of the following messages:

NN9201 OML COMPILE OF proc_name IN LIBRARY COMMANDS  HAS
ERRORS/WARNINGS:

NN8501 E OBJECT LOAD OF proc_name FAILED, REASON CODE: 101

Environment

OS: z/OS.

Resolution

L2 Support explained that this error is the key: REASON CODE: 101.

It means that a NetMaster region was brought up at one level (e.g.
r12.2) and the product procs are at another level (e.g. r12.1).
