I was able to download the csv template, populate it and save it, and upload it successfully once about 2 weeks ago. However, now when I attempt to do the same thing it doesn't work, it says "Rows were most likely not imported due to incorrect formatting of one or more values." If I take the file which I am able to successfully import and open it in Excel, make no changes, and save it as a new csv file it will produce the same error. Excel is causing the problem, but I can't figure out how to fix it.
We looked at the error messages in the app-ca.log; they indicated that the start-date field values were impropertly formatted. So we compared the good and bad raw .csv files and noticed that the date formatting was different between the two files there. T

.So we selected the date columns in Excel and changed the formatting of the values to the formatting in the GOOD file, yyyy-xx-xx, and then the import succeeded as expected.
