Issue/Introduction

Trying to Ship an Endevor Package and getting the following errors:

C1BMX76I Package dataset is iprfx.iqual.Endevor-05.package
C1MBX01I Input verification completed
C1BMX04I Package staging completed
C1BMX45E INVALID DSN 'iprfx.iqual.Endevor-05.package' DETECTED
C1BNX11S ORIGRAN C1BNX949 ABENDED WITH CODE S0C4
C1BMX00I END OF RUN = ENDEVOR RC 0016

Reviewed the documentation for the error and found:
C1BMX45E INVALID DSN data set name DETECTED IN SHIPMENT TO destination
Reason: A data set name mapping rule was applied to a host Endevor output data set and the resultant remote data set name was found to be invalid.
Action: Examine the data set name for errors. Application of the rule may have caused the generation of a data set name containing more than 44 characters or a qualifier containing more than 9 characters. Correct the data set mapping rule or add a more specific rule to handle this particular name.

The Package ship works find if there are not '-' in the dataset.  Checked with IBM and '-' is a valid qualifier  - how can this problem be resolved?
