PREUPGRADE_CMN_CAPTIONS_NLS.xml WARNING in checkinstall persisting even after setting up a memory.properties file

Issue/Introduction

In checkinstall logs, we get the below warning, to mitigate this we have updated the memory.properties and doubled the memory as per the Broadcom recommendation, but when we run the checkinstall again, we get the same warning message again, do we need to increase the memory more, if so, can you please recommend what it would be?

The Checkinstall PREUPGRADE_CMN_CAPTIONS_NLS.xml warning will display always when you are above a certain row count. If your memory.properties file is set up properly please just ignore the warning and proceed with your upgrade.
