Issue/Introduction

I've installed SYSVIEW V15, and am working to prepare for JVM monitoring.
I've executed INST0006, to create directory /path/sysview/cnm4f00/runtime/jvmdata/bin.
Documentation says that this is the run-time USS directory where the shared objects for the JVM data collector agent are stored.
As it sits right now, on my test system, this directory is empty.
What are the "shared objects"?
Are there some program objects that should be in those directories?
If so, how do I populate that?
Is this where data will be stored?

Resolution

We will not write/store any information in to JVM ZFS.
It is for the program objects only.
