CA App Synthetic MonitorNIMSOFT CLOUD USER EXPERIENCE MONITOR
On my Script Monitors, I am seeing 0 byte jtl log files and the waterfall shows blanks for the pie charts. What could cause this?

In this situation, the Script Monitor was running on an OPMS. From the /var/log/messages file the below message was found:
rn000231 monit: 'rbtm1-Xvfb' failed to restart (exit status 0) -- '/opt/asm/smartpop/bin/rbtm-Xvfb restart 1': Can't create PID file "/opt/asm/var/run/rbtm1-xvfb.pid": No space left on device Customer increased space on the disk.
Please free up some space. After doing so, perform a monit restart all.
