PAMSC(EP) r14.1:fail to start PAMSC Engine driver

CA Privileged Access Manager - Cloakware Password Authority (PA) CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM)


Customer installed PAMSC 14.1 with CA_CM_WIN_EP_1136.iso on Windows 2016.
But after reboot PAMSC services did not came up.
It seems to be caused by driver did not start.

He got following Popup message after installation before reboot:
Program Compatibility Assistant:
 A digitally signed driver required
  CA PAMSC Engine Driver
Windows blocked the installation of a digitally unsigned driver. Uninstall the program or device that uses the driver and check the publisher's website for a digitally signed version of the driver.


This problem is caused driver's Digitally Signed by SHA1.


First appeared in following environment.
OS: Windows 2016
Prod: CA Privileged Access Manager Server Control r14.1 GA or later for Endpoint



It can solved by disabling secure boot as workaround.
