Issue/Introduction



Notifications are being sent from CA Asset Portfolio Management every two hours to customers.

Would like to stop this. 

The Export was working previously.

The export request could not be completed. No output results were created.

Environment

CA Asset Portfolio Management (CA APM)
Formerly CA IT Asset Management (ITPAM)

Resolution

Automated script was running every two hours and was generating the message.

A "scheduled task" was found under a different account, which was hidden from most users.

This has been stopped.

Note that the part of the message "IT Asset Manager to investigate assets in UNKNOWN status" was coded into the script. 
The key part of the message starts from the "Exception".
