WGNCM process is consuming high memory while loading the policies, throwing the below exception:

0x8007000e (Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.)

CA has released FIX:SO08130 (incorporating Server_x64_15.20_HF0194). This fix is targeted at resolving the following support issues: WGNCM process is consuming high memory

Installation Instructions:

1. Download and extract the file.
2. Apply the hotfix.
2.1. Apply Server_x64_15.20_HF0194.msp to all machines where the CA Data
Protection policy engine is deployed.
