At this time ESP will need to be restarted to enable the OPE/MVS heartbeat.

This PTF provides an option to Enable and Disable the Heartbeat using commands.

You can use  a modify command. This will need to be performed on master and proxy systems.

MODIFY Command from system console or SDSF.
