I am getting errors in the EventService log: ERROR CA.Applications.EventService.EventService - Error Occured in Sync ITAM Audit: Error Code :8152 Message String or binary data would be truncated.
They are not affecting functionality.

These may be caused by CMDB auditing. To stop the errors take the following steps: In APM go to Administration - System Configuration. Go to Event Service. Change Is CMDB Audit Share Required to false. Exit the application, reset IIS and use the application.
Note: When this option is disabled, audit history records are still written, but only in the product that made the change. For example, if the record is changed in service desk, then an audit record is still written and visible in Service Desk. The service desk audit will not be visible in APM for the record. APM audit history will show only the changes that were made by APM.
