First Request in CA Identity Portal is being selected by default

Issue/Introduction

When the list of requests is presented to the reviewer in Identity Portal, the first request is always selected. This is causing reviewers to accidentally approve or reject requests by mistake.

Cause

The first approval is automatically selected by default.

Resolution

The first approval task is always automatically selected, that's not a defect. The right behavior is that when you click on a work item, it gets selected and his checkbox is marked, while the previous selected item is being unselected, UNLESS the user deliberately clicked on the work item's checkbox and not on the item itself
