Issue/Introduction

This article contains some of the commonly used & referenced SQL Tables and Views within Configuraiton automation for use of direct access to database

Environment

CA Configuration Automation - All versions

Resolution

acm_prop

Contains all the items shown within CCA UI Administration Configuration Properties, plus a few additional settings.
This table can be used to change various hostnames, such as CCA Server, EEM Server, SDM Server

acm_srvr

Table the contains all of the servers and its UUID as well as some other CCA host related information.  
The only "safe" columns to manually modify would be the business_owner, business_process, it_owner and location; as these are static fields that can only get inputted by manual entry in CCA UI or in bulk through this table

acm_srvr_ex

This is a view that contains a summary of hardware information for discovered servers
