This is caused when Spectrum detects the hardware unit switched over from active to standby.
There is code inside Spectrum to read the MIB and trigger an alarm based on the results.
This can be seen when going to the Cisco ASA Device.
1. Select Information Tab
2. Expand Cisco ASA
3. Expand Firewall
4. Expand Hardware Status
This will show the status of the firewall hardware units.
