Resolution

According to discussion raised in community thread (check more details below), it is not possible to create activity associations for BREL attributes. An Activity Association can only be defined on an Attribute of primary objects (like Change Order, Incident/Problem/Request, Configuration Item, Contact).

So, it would not be possible to create an activity association for Contact "Functions, Groups, Service Contracts" Tab to register in the Contact activity log all the modification made on that Tabs.

To reach out this registrations, custom scripts are needed.
