DASHBOARD TSD command not recognised

Issue/Introduction

I've been installing the MLC component to go with Sysview, and running through the installation process,
I've reached the point to verify CA SYSVIEW Installation.
I can enter the TSDSTATS command, which gives me a screen like the one in the guide, followed by the CTSDSTAT, also shows me a similar screen.
When I enter the DASHBOARD TSD command however, it tells me that that's not recognised
DASH003W dashboard tsd not found, and displays the DASHBORD menu:

Resolution

When customer installed SYSVIEW R15, they didn't use the supplied CNM4BPRM dataset.
They continued to use their r14 PARMLIB.
They have today installed PTF10, and converted to use CNM4BPRM Parmlib.
Now they can see and use the DASHBOARD TSD command.
The TSD DASHBORD is included in the DASHSYSV along with the WILY, CICSDATA, and the SYSVZIIPPLOT, SYSVZIIP and the SYSVDATA DASHBOARDS.
