Issue/Introduction

The VCC collector job is failing with the following message after applying MVCC maintenance to MICS libraries.
VCCCN06E Load failed for Module(VCCDIAG )

Resolution

VCC issues this message if the LOAD for a VCC module fails, and that module is required for proper VCC operation. A LOAD failure can occur for one or more of the following reasons:

• The modules are missing from the VCC STEPLIB data set.
• The required STEPLIB DD statement is missing from the VCC JCL.
• The modules are missing from the linklist

Sample JCL member VCCCOPY in library sharedprefix.MICS.CNTL should be used to copy new versions of load modules provided by a product change to an authorized library.   If using an old copy of VCCCOPY, compare against the member in MICS.CNTL to ensure all required members are specified.
