Issue/Introduction

After installing hotfix CAPAM_3.0.2.26 I cannot see the available devices in the 'Available Credential Source' when trying to create or manage a Device Group from within the PAM Client.

Why do I see the 'Available Credential Source' list empty when creating or managing Device Groups?

Environment

PAM server 3.0.2 with hotfix CAPAM_3.0.2.26 installed.

Resolution

The 'Available Credential Source' list is not displayed due to a side effect introduced by hotfix CAPAM_3.0.2.26.

In order to fix it, please, open a support case and request hotfix CAPAM_3.0.2.33 which solves this problem.

Additional Information

CAPAM_3.0.2.26 is not available in the product fixes download page in https://support.ca.com, that is why it has to be explicitly requested opening a case with Broadcom support.
