Issue/Introduction

This document will outline the steps to modify the logging levels for ITPAM Agent logs.

Environment

CA IT Process Automation 4.3.03

Resolution

Follow the steps below for increasing log levels for ITPAM Agent:
  1. Go to C:\Program Files\CA\PAM Agent\PAMAgent\.c2orepository\.c2oagentresources\properties;
  2. Open log4j.xml;
  3. Search for <root> section;
  4. Change "priority value" to INFO.

 
If the process requiring logging is run directly on the Orchestrator, then the appropriate log4j.xml file can be found at <PAM>\server\c2o\conf\
