Issue/Introduction

When sending a response using the Web Service Execution test step, we are seeing the following error:

Environment

DevTest on release 10.3.

Resolution

In the Web Service Execution step, enabled the PRO option:

Some other options will be available including the Addressing tab.
Select the Addressing tab and the option Use WS-Addressing:
