Issue/Introduction

When running a report we are getting ERPT221E NO MATCHING DATA on a new cpu.

Config options are CPU specific.  When you upgrade the CPU you need to turn monitoring options on again.

In this case the options needed to be set to yes are  MONPGMLD and POWRACCT
