Issue/Introduction
Creating the DSNAMExx global parmlib member via the INSMAIN post-install clist, the CDBASIDE and CDBAXML libraries are not populated in the DSNAMExx member.

Resolution
The DSNAMExx member does not need to include the CDBASIDE or CDBAXML datasets for they are not used at 'runtime' of the products.
