Issue/Introduction

Device timeouts are seen when attempting to capture device configurations using NCM.

Environment

Component: SPCCSS

Resolution

1. Increase the device DCM_Timeout value to a much higher value to eliminate device latency as the cause.
2. Confirm that the device configuration can be copied directly from the device (This removes Spectrum from the picture).
