Cause

UEFI Secure Boot was enabled in this Oracle Exadata machine.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.10 (Santiago) 4.1.12-94.8.6.el6uek.x86_64 #
Privileged Identity Manager 12.8 SP1

Resolution

In OEL Exadata machine Secure Boot needs to be disabled to load CA Privileged Identity Manager kernel.
Once UEFI Secure Boot was disabled in this Oracle Exadata machine, CA Privileged Identity Manager kernel loaded fine.
