No events from CA Performance Management after restarting SpectroServer

Issue/Introduction

After restarting the SpectroServer, and not the OneClick server integrated with CA Performance Management, no events are seen from the CA Performance Management integration.

Checking the OneClick administration page for the CA Performance Mangement, polling is still enabled.
 

Environment

CA Performance Management

Spectrum 10.3.1 or earlier

Resolution

This issue is resolved starting with Spectrum 10.3.2 

Additional Information

As a workaround, set polling to off in the OneClick CA Performance Mangement Integration configuration page and click save, then set it enabled and click save.
