Resolution

The following RMODBASE job is used to create a Deliver database:

//XXXXXXXX JOB ...
//RMODBASE EXEC PGM=RMODBASE,PARM='dlvr_hlq' <=== Modify DB name
//STEPLIB DD DISP=SHR,DSN=DLVR.CVDELOAD <=== Modify, if used
//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*
//SYSIN DD *
ADDDS UNIT=3390 CYLINDER=nnnn BLKSIZE=13904 VOLSER=xxxxxx
ADDDS UNIT=3390 CYLINDER=nnnn BLKSIZE=13904 VOLSER=xxxxxx
MAKECKPT UNIT=3390 CYLINDER=100 VOLSER=xxxxxx EMPTY
/*
//

 Note: There needs to be an ADDDS statement for each data extent to be allocated.

Modify the CVDEPENU(RMOLJCLB) member, addressing the //STEPLIB statement, addressing the //STEPLIB statement.

Either use //STEPLIB ith a defined CVDELOAD library, or comment it out or remove it, if the library will be defined in the linklist.

Run RMODBASE OLOAD:

//XXXXXXXX JOB ...
//RMODBASE EXEC PGM=RMODBASE,PARM='dlvr_hlq' <=== Modify DB name
//STEPLIB DD DISP=SHR,DSN=DLVR.CVDELOAD <=== Modify, if used
//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*
//RMOOLIB DD DISP=SHR,DSN=dlvr_hlq.CVDEPENU
//SYSIN DD *
OLOAD
/*
//

Run RMODBASE BLOAD:

//XXXXXXXX JOB ...
//RMODBASE EXEC PGM=RMODBASE,PARM='dlvr_hlq' <=== Modify DB name
//STEPLIB DD DISP=SHR,DSN=DLVR.CVDELOAD <=== Modify, if used
//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*
//RMOBLIB DD DISP=SHR,DSN=dlvr_hlq.CVDED133
//SYSIN DD *
BLOAD
